Open Hangs are Back!
Sundays 8-10pm
Every Sunday Open Hangs will be held from 8-10pm at the Mobtown Ballroom.  This is a time where students can come in and work on the skills they have learned in class.  No instruction is given, but I will be present to offer support and to supervise.  By training an extra day a week, you will give your aerial practice a jump start to excelling on a quicker timeline.

Beginner Aerial Fabric Workshop - Saturday Feb 11th
Learn to fly and gracefully move through the air, suspended on fabric, free from the confines of gravity. This workshop will give you a taste of the fundamental techniques of aerial fabric including climbing, wrist locks, swings, spins and sling work. You will find this workshop a safe and positive introduction to moving in the air. No experience is necessary, just an open mind, and a desire to get off the ground. Get fit while having fun and learning new skills!  Aerial dance will take your workout and creative side to a whole new level!

Beginner Lyra Workshop - Saturday Feb 11th
In this workshop we will learn how our bodies can dance on a suspended hoop. Skills that will be taught include inverting, spinning and posing on the hoop. 
We will learn how to sequence basic and intermediate moves together while using the element of spin to create a dynamic form of aerial dance.

New! Circus Hoop Workshop: Tricks and Manipulations 
Feb 18th
 Expand your knowledge of the hula hoop beyond your waist!  In this workshop we will learn both on and off the body moves.  Major movement concepts will include body rolls and isolations along with connecting tricks into a flowing sequence.  No prior hooping experience necessary.

Beginner & Intermediate Aerial Fabric Series

Get fit while having fun and learning new skills!  Aerial dance will take your workout and creative side to a whole new level! The beginner class requires no experience whatsoever. The intermediate class requires one round of the first class or instructor permission.

Hoop Fitness Classes

The Hoop Fitness Workout is a feel-good class that inspires strength, confidence, power and poise using the hula hoop. Participants learn to love the process of getting fit as they hoop on the waist, torso, legs and arms while strengthening and toning the entire body! Hooping focuses on working the core section of the body while increasing the heart rate, stimulating the mind, increasing agility and motor functions. This is a great cardio workout and a fabulous way to break a sweat, burn calories and fat while having fun!

No experience necessary!  Classes are provided with professional hoops which are larger, heavier and covered with friction tape, allowing those who ‘never could’ hoop to experience instant success!
