HOOP FITNESS:
Movement within the hoop extends beyond the traditional bilateral workout that one receives from cardio and aerobics. It not only increases the heart rate, but stimulates the mind, increases agility and motor functions. This is a great way to break a sweat and burn calories and fat, as well as toning the body! Hoop dance incorporates movement from all body parts to unleash unbridled expression and creativity that lies within us all. Most of all, hoop dance provides us with a way to have fun in a community setting. Through feeling the flow of the hoop around our bodies, we release stress, invoke laughter and radiate positive energy that we can take with us where ever we go!
